I called on a Saturday am and was prompted to wait till someone could answer live.When they did,they asked how they could help and when I told them,they promptly said they couldnt help me because they were just the answering service. Keep those people for emergencies and add to your existing mechanical device to accept a message and tell people what your hours are. I personally will not call back because of this stupidity and in this economy, one cannot afford too much of that now can we ?
