Too busy of a company to do small jobs. If you are a homeowner do not bother calling this company. They only care about big commercial jobs. I'm on week 7 and still no response or quote. Left numerous messages with no call back either. This is after we told them that we are waiting on them to continue with the remodel of our basement. We waited 7 weeks! What a waste of time. Horrible customer service.
I found NES through a web search for Asbestos Tile Abatement for my company. I worked with Ron who went above and beyond to accommodate my very small job within a day of my initial call. Their team did great work, quickly and efficiently and the clean-up was amazing. I would highly recommend NES.
