I think this company must be the most hated in all of Colorado Springs and Black Forest! Time and again Andrea Barlow twists citizens' words and insults them, and otherwise gives every developer they represent a bad name. Does NES stand for Never Environmentally Sustainable? Judging from the way they treat this city, I think it must.
