Never in office. Doesn’t listen to patient. They don’t answer phone. Sends you for tests that have nothing to do with what your symptoms are.
First, I would like to thank the excellent staff that assisted me. Veronica is very knowledgeable with medical. She was able to answer all my questions. She takes the time to listen and very courteous.
Honestly this doctors office will be the biggest waste of your time. The staff gets a total and complete 0 stars for their laziness, incompetence and unprofessionalism. They will treat you like a number and never answer the phone or do the simplest of follow up with their patients. Trying to get ahold of someone is as hard as winning the lottery. I even went to the office in person and at their door there is a sign “sorry we are closed today...” with no explanation.
Dr. Nery is our family Doctor, he has and will always have our complete trust.......
