Place is always dirty and smells like the duty free store inside an airport instead of a coffee shop. Very limited seating options. Young girl at the counter seemed to be bothered by the fact that I came in and ordered something, despite tipping and being polite.
We are spoiled with several good local coffee roasters in Northeast Ohio, but Nervous Dog locations are my top choice. The chihuahuas & real chai are my favorites.
4 to 5 with a very simple note. USA! While the other coffee chain is deciding if it belongs here, ND is doing this. Well done! Coffee is strong and delicious! Sandwiches take a minute but are well worth it!
Nice place to study
Not loud like Starbucks. Lots of space and plenty of tables. The warmth of a wood-themed living room. The acoustics make it a softer, mellower environment than Starbucks. Coffee is good and the baristas are nice. Try the huge, gluten-free breakfast cookie for a healthier but super tasty option to sweets.
