I am very impressed with and would highly recommend Dr. Simpson and Olympia Nerve Naturopathy and Chiropractic Massage. My partner's spine was mangled in a car accident many years ago and never healed right. He had been to several chiropractors, physical therapists and doctors, who had been unable to do much to help him. I echo Rick's review in a few ways. Not professional. Wasn't good at active listening. Was really flaky and distracted. Didn't have a good plan of care, nor did he follow through with what he said he'd do in the next appts. If he missed something he made you feel like it was your fault that you didn't remind him. It's like he didn't take notes, or check back on notes prior to appt in order to stay on track. Not sure what the deal was but in 3 decades of care in any field, I've never experienced this. I was very apprehensive when booking this chiropractic visit, as I've had several bad experiences recently. Well, this was/is no different. It started out alright until the 3rd visit. Had my 3rd visit with Dr Derek today. Unfortunately, he seriously hurt me with an aggressively vicious chiropractic adjustment? I was very apprehensive when booking this chiropractic visit, as I've had several bad experiences recently. Am I glad I did! I walked in bent over with pain, and walked out straight up and down without pain. This is the first time in many years that I've been without low back pain. Thank you!!!
