Before I dropped off two laptops here I called around for prices. One of the first things I noticed when I spoke to the technician is how knowledgeable he was. Service is impeccable.... they cleaned up what another so-called computer repair place did after having my computer for 2 weeks. They got it up and running in just a few hours. The technicians are friendly, fast and the service is incredible. I would not take my computer anywhere else!

I had my computer repaired by these guys and the service was awesome. My computer had hardware failure. They replaced the parts and got it back up and running in a few hours. Since they did such a great job on my home computer I had them repair my laptop. Everything is working!

I am incredibly happy with their work. The entire repair process was the best I've ever experience. The turn-around time is typically same day and there's no one else in town that I know of that does this! Quality computer repair service for a great price.

My laptop began to do some strange things, so I googled computer repair Allentown and found NERV. They had a lot of good online reviews so I took my laptop to them. It turned out that my laptop was badly infected with a virus. NERV was able to remove the virus and now my laptop runs faster and works better than it did before! This repair job didn't cost me an arm and a leg either, so I am very pleased.

My computer was performing really slow which made it difficult to do anything on it. I brought my computer into NERV based on a recommendation from a friend who raved about how well they took care of his computer and he was right. My computer had been infected with a virus. NERV recommended that I have my computer optimized for better performance also. All of this was completed in a couple of hours and I couldn't be happier with their service. My computer is performing better than I can even remember.

These guys have the best customer service. My computer wouldn't start up. The NERV team ran a diagnostics test and it turned out that the hard drive failed. They recovered all of my data, installed a new hard drive, reloaded the operating system, and transferred all of my data onto the new hard drive. They wasted no time getting this done for me, same-day. The tech was extremely knowledgeable and took his time explaining the problem that had occurred. He walked me through everything he did and I couldn't be happier.

I was having problems with my laptop continually crashing. I brought it to NERV IT Solutions and described my issue with them. They said they would run some tests and call me back. Literally, 30 minutes later I receive a phone call and that the memory (RAM) in my laptop had failed. They replaced the RAM and I was back up and running! I couldn't believe how quickly they got the work done. It is by far the best computer service experience I've ever had. Many thanks!
