I visited the showroom and was able to organise pick up of all my tap ware for my bathroom in two hours with the help of Rachel and Harley at Tradelink Carrum Downs, two minutes away.
We love the look and quality of the Nero tapware in our new bathroom. And now, following one minor hiccup, the aftersales service has been absolutely top shelf. We have two more bathrooms to go, and won't hesitate to be putting Nero fittings into both of them.
I am very happy. Their design and after sale service are way above standards. Highly reccomended.
Definitely up there with the best customer service, and they do go above and beyond when required.
I would just like to thank all the staff at Nero Support who have been helping us. No issue is too small or too big. They have bent over backwards to help us with some small issues we have had with our new shower. We cannot thank them enough. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Julie Heath
