I had an issue with my mixer, dropped an email via website, received the initial response within an hour. The issue was resolved promptly thanks to the excellent service by Sarah G, who was genuinely helpful stepped through the process with clear instructions. Parts arrived within a couple of days. I've spent most of my day running around Warragul looking for a replacement cartridge for my Nero basin mixer, but after visiting the four big plumbing suppliers who were unable to help me , I went online and contacted Nero Tapware and told them of my dilemma. The customer service here is some of the best I have experienced in 30 years. I had a problem installing new tapware due to the depth of the bench tops. I rang after sales and support team for assistance. They provided me with the additional parts I required to finish the job. Ruby and her team investigated what I needed and advised me to come to the showroom to collect.
