We love the look and quality of the Nero tapware in our new bathroom. And now, following one minor hiccup, the aftersales service has been absolutely top shelf. We have two more bathrooms to go, and won't hesitate to be putting Nero fittings into both of them.
I am very happy. Their design and after sale service are way above standards. Highly reccomended.
Definitely up there with the best customer service, and they do go above and beyond when required.
