Awesome Gym. Good equipment. Friendly staff, fantastic studio and punch bags! Sauna and pool is perfect for relaxing after a great workout. Members are polite and seem to leave the egos at the door. Everyone seems focused on training and respect one another. Overall good place to train,de-stress and leave feeling rejuvenated.
