Eric is a really great guy and damn fine mechanic. After having less-than-stellar service at some other shops that specialize in British bikes, we started taking our Triumphs to Nerfherder. Rolling in the first time and seeing the shop full of Harleys, I was prepared for our British Twins to be turned away.
