They did a great job and were so quick to get repairs done.
I asked the technician to call me when they knew what was wrong with it before they did any work, they did not. They went ahead and fixed it without calling first, and then just told me the bill.
This issue with my car started last week. I took my car in and they checked for the issue (both service writer and mechanic) added some fluid-set up my appt and reassured me. Shortly after (same day) I became concerned again and they had me come in again “just to be sure I’d be ok” Once at my appt yesterday I was taken really good care of! James (the mechanic) spoke with me-took an in-depth look then Ty let me know what it required to repair and approximate cost. One of the smoothest vehicle purchases! Steve (salesman) and Bob (finance) were both great to work with and got me in and out in quick fashion. Extra attention to detail and customer service was great.
