Duane M. was there to solve my problems, not just make money! I had a crashed hard drive that Best Buy couldn't do anything with except advise that they could send it elsewhere to maybe read; it would begin at $500, could go much higher. BB could give me no idea as to success rate. Wanted a local man, one I could talk with eye tp eye--as the Lord God seemed to be indicating was the way to go. Glad I listened!
