After reading the reviews, I took my old laptop in for diagnosis. I was told I needed a new hard drive. A couple of weeks after that was replaced (and paid for) it didn't solve my issue. I was told that the battery was also too old but no replacement was available and I couldn't get a refund for the new hard drive they had just put in; buying a new laptop was my only real option. I had my computer hacked. I've used Nerds to go a couple of years ago. Made the call and someone was here right away. Not only got my computer back to running but explained what the hack was. I'm a very happy camper. Can't thank you enough, here quickly, explained what was going on. My worst fear was losing all my data, and then having to purchase a new computer. Nope all was taken care of and I'm a happy camper, my husband is happier.
