We recently moved to the area and was having trouble with my laptop. Found NerdsToGo on the Nextdoor Neighbor site. I sent an email and had a quick response. I drove over to the site and Sean went over my laptop and checked it out completely. He also explained other options that I could try for anti-virus. This is definitely a great place to visit and no high pressure at all.
I was extremely happy with the recent service I received from the Plano Nerds To Go location, specifically Sean. I would consider my laptop issue a "minor" one, but from my first contact to the final resolution, they gave me efficient above-and-beyond treatment. It was such a relief to get back on track so rapidly, so it's no surprise I'll be connecting with them for any future technical assistance.
