They were very helpful. Josh came to my office and helped me with all of my technical issues. He helped us with communications of our phones, our emails, microsoft account, backup of files. All of this was out of my normal scope of technical skills. He kept me up to date of when he would arrive and adjusted his schedule to fit my schedule.
