These guys know what they’re doing! Very professional and very communicative about the process from start to finish. Very pleased
If I could give a negative score I would. My computer was worse when they were done than when I walked into their store. They wiped out my hard drive and I lost everything…exactly what I didn’t want to happen. When I tried to get it retriever, I got attitude and dismissed. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company
Adam at NerdstoGo was terrific. He helped me set up my new iMac--transferring all the files from my 2015 computer. He was knowledgeable, patient, fun, and enthusiastic. He even followed up in a few days to check on how everything was working for me. I highly recommend this company to assist "those of a certain age" who did not grow up during the tech era.
The staff at NerdsToGo in Moon Township were great to work with. They answered all my questions, particularly questions about security software. I recommend them for computer problems you may need help with.
Needed someone I can trust and since I had used them before I called them. They came out the next day to my house and worked with me on the issues that I had. I am very relieved now.
