Warning to computer buyers, I am sad to give this low review. In October 2025 I purchased a new computer through Nerds to Go Milwaukie including complete white glove service with data transfer and start up in my home. All was well until I saw that they had sold me a foreign computer. The computer works however the key pad was for Britain. The owner Rory. promised to swap it out for me and then reignited on it. Now I cannot get a hold of him and ignores my calls and messages left in person at their office.

I discovered that one of my lithium battery packs was starting to get hot and puffing up while I was biking. Nerds to go was really helpful in helping me dispose of it safely and appropriately right away. I was really fortunate that they happened to be nearby.
