Final update to my experience with Nerds to go. I am impressed by the ownership and George's willingness to make my warranty right. I had the issue resolved with another source (prior to George reaching out) but would not hesitate to go through them again as I very much appreciate Georges follow up and desire to exceed expectations. Tyler was wonderful to work with. Was honest about my laptop in a way that supported me rather than their bottom dollar. Really appreciate having a company nearby that helps people in small business like myself that are both knowledgeable and act with integrity. Hard to find these days!
Unfortunately, i had to edit this review when a few days after this "fix" i experienced the same issue and they wanted another $200 on site service call fee. Disappointing they would not even discount or warranty the prior "fix". I contacted this company online, not knowing a thing about them. They returned my service request promptly and provided a quick appointment time to come to my home for printer set up and general updates to my system.
