Honest and knowledgeable about laptop situation. I walked in with an older Lenovo with the main board going bad. The guy opening the shop took the back off, looked at the build, gave an honest assessment of how parts and labor would be, and concluded that this was probably a “go buy a new laptop” situation because of his estimate of the hours he would have to put in. Just because a business owner responds to comments on Google, doesn't mean they are good at their job or good with their customers. Do yourself a favor, just go somewhere else.
