Took my computer in. Waited for 20 minutes and they could not figure out how to charge the $59 fee. Woman said she would waive fee since I waited so long. Called several times and after 6 days said it was fixed but was not. Tech said I could bring back in but he did not know why it was not working. Paid invoice when I picked it up. Got bill a month later for the $59 fee. They said when they told me they waived fee they meant pay later. Not impressed with operation. Took to Apple and got it fixed.

I have built my own gaming PC's for over a decade. My latest build failed and I threw in the towel. Thankfully NerdsToGo was nearby. They sniped out the problem (faulty motherboard) and got me back up and running quickly. The technician that worked on my PC, Casey, is beyond competent. I was astonished at his level of detail once I popped my case open and discovered his wiring expertise. Excellent response time. Always patient and explain everything. We had the Ubiquiti Network installed in our home and are very satisfied so far. They are very professional as well as friendly. We are happy we found them for our small business IT needs.
