Zero stars. I was forced to give at least one star to post this review but in reality it’s zero stars. Worst experience I ever could’ve had on Christmas Eve. I called during the day to confirm what time they would be open and was told by a human working there that they would be open till 6pm for me to drop off my computer. I needed help in the startup of a new business. NerdsToGo Chicago went ABOVE and beyond anything I could ask for. They carefully listened to what I was asking for, purchased a domain, set up the domain and corresponding emails and website. They took care of all of the server settings that I have NO IDEA about.
