In June 2023 I entered into an agreement with Mac for designing and printing postcards for my business. I have worked with Mac for over 5 years never having an issue. They are great been there 3 times they are very helpful wish they where not closing there doors the last day was weekday the 19th some one else might reopen it hopefully.
I took my laptop in for a screen replacement & they ordered the wrong part & it took them 2 months to do a simple replacement. Not only that, but my system ran perfectly before I brought it in, the computer was less than a year old at that point, but now the software is glitching & doesn’t run the same as before I took it into them. Then, they tried to pull the oldest scam in the book & try to sell me a “gently used” laptop instead of just fixing mine. Definitely would come back again if a computer problem comes up. My husband and I have a gaming laptop that was blowing hot air on start up and knew it needed to be cleaned up a bit. First start up since the clean today and I have been greeted with sweet silence. Thank you gentlemen! Much appreciate it! :)
