Easy, fast, and smart folks who explain things clearly for current problems and to avoid future ones!
We had a tech named Jeremy come in to try and help us with our computer issues, he was quite snarky and rude. He was also incredulous when it came to us not having a vast knowledge of computers. Typically he would fix things for a day or two before all of the problems came right back, after multiple visits of being generally dismissive and not actually fixing the problem we switched to another tech service which has improved our situation drastically compared to the prior service received.
