Friendly staff. Were very upfront and honest about the laptop issue. Were quick to diagnose for a reasonable price.
They were very polite and helpful. The turn around on my laptop fix was incredibly quick. I dropped it off Monday evening and had it back by lunch on Tuesday working good as new! The initial fee was a bit much in my opinion but they did excellent work. I very much appreciate it and will be recommending them to all my friends : )
Fixed the problem with my woman's iPhone, for a fair price.
Dropped laptop off on monday...5 days later they hadn't even looked at it; They did mention that if I gave them an *extra* $100 (on top of initial $49 fee they charge just to accept the repair) they would've been willing to go a little faster. Very frustrating, especially since it's literally just replacing the $50 keypad on the laptop. Should've done the repair myself...made the mistake of using these "professionals". Big mistake.
