Dishonest Business Practices – I have no complaint about the technical work; in a year and a half, I had a tech out to the house twice - the same fellow each time - he was friendly, informative (I thought) and dealt with the problems quickly and thoroughly. The on-line help, too, was up to par. My problem was - and is - with the unapproved removal of funds from my bank account.
