I have to say I detest computer repair companies. Bix box companies always cost too much, and aren't really that friendly. The Nerds! guy was funny, friendly and outgoing, responded very quickly and took care of our issues. We had them come out again to both our homes, and our business and we were completley swept off our feet by the level of service we recieved. We have definitley found our 'Computer Company' for life...thanks Nerds for all your help! :-)
