Uneducated, unprofessional and worthless I took a water cooled PC to these guys to see if the motherboard was bad. It was there almost two months. These so called "experts" used ALOT of "I think" "Ummm" "I'm not sure" " I think we can" first off. Second. I bring it in there and the guys voice had NO shadow of confidence and I can see why. These guys returned my call, a week after i called and said " yea I THINK the mother board is broke" which is what I TOLD them on the phone.They had NO idea.
