Nerd has terrible customer service, they never answer the phone, keep you on hold and when you leave a message no one returns your calls.
Working for nerd power was a horrible experience. Lots of favoritism, rude coworkers, and impossible quotas.
Horrible. Nerd solicited, my elderly grandmother saying they were contracted with her insurance. She misunderstood thinking the insurance sent them to us. They got her to sign a contract agreeing to pay $8000 for some high tech roof that would withstand all the wind. We went months without hearing anything more and tried to contact them numerous times. I finally had to call our insurance and they reached out and threatened to sue Nerd. Nerd finally put us on the schedule and installed her roof and then began hitting her up f... read more
Where do I start? It starts with Adjust Pro Solutions where we had little communication about what was happening with our insurance company. After 3 months of dodging our calls they finally reached out to us to extend the deadline and now no more answers. Now onto Nerd. They were wonderful and willing to explain everything. They contacted me about getting our $2,000 paid immediately so we can get the roof done. It's been 2 months since then and last I reached out, I was blamed for not paying on time so now we have to wait. I... read more
