Horrible. Nerd solicited, my elderly grandmother saying they were contracted with her insurance. She misunderstood thinking the insurance sent them to us. They got her to sign a contract agreeing to pay $8000 for some high tech roof that would withstand all the wind. We went months without hearing anything more and tried to contact them numerous times. Where do I start? It starts with Adjust Pro Solutions where we had little communication about what was happening with our insurance company. After 3 months of dodging our calls they finally reached out to us to extend the deadline and now no more answers. Now onto Nerd. They were wonderful and willing to explain everything. They contacted me about getting our $2,000 paid immediately so we can get the roof done. Well I can never get anyone on the phone…let’s start there. I’m reading these reviews and a certain sales reps name keeps coming up that the company said no longer works there…and apparently does. I have talked to the owner on the phone while one of his employees came out to look at what was going on with our panels.
