Horrible. Nerd solicited, my elderly grandmother saying they were contracted with her insurance. She misunderstood thinking the insurance sent them to us. They got her to sign a contract agreeing to pay $8000 for some high tech roof that would withstand all the wind. We went months without hearing anything more and tried to contact them numerous times. Where do I start? It starts with Adjust Pro Solutions where we had little communication about what was happening with our insurance company. After 3 months of dodging our calls they finally reached out to us to extend the deadline and now no more answers. Now onto Nerd. They were wonderful and willing to explain everything. They contacted me about getting our $2,000 paid immediately so we can get the roof done. It's been 2 months since then and last I reached out, I was blamed for not paying on time so now we have to wait. I... read more

Well I can never get anyone on the phone…let’s start there. I’m reading these reviews and a certain sales reps name keeps coming up that the company said no longer works there…and apparently does. I have talked to the owner on the phone while one of his employees came out to look at what was going on with our panels. Both the owner and rep explained to me that the sales rep under sold us, and other customers just to collect a check and leave. The analysis clearly showed that I didn’t have enough panels. Very Very disappointed with this company. I was fooled with the friendliness of the sales rep Brandon. I was told and sold that this would take over my current electric bill, the solar panels they use were the best on producing the most energy, that I would get a tax credit, and that solar panels would produce enough electric for my home and if I had any extra I would get credit with CPS.
