Nerd Power is a scam and people who work here should feel guilty for doing so. They put solar panels on my mother’s house under the promise of credit towards taxes the next fiscal year as well as lowering her monthly electric payments, and instead left her $30,000 in debit w/ solar panels that do not help her in anyway.
I’m very disappointed with this company. It’s been a year since I started the solar panel process and my panels still aren’t working. I’ve been paying for panels that aren’t working. And still getting $400 light bills because they can’t get it together. And nobody can give me any answers. Update: this company still has not hooked up my solar panels. They brought a child on to the roof. When I requested to be present the next time they come by to make sure this doesnt happen again they tried to say they would charge more. They are working with banks to scam people. They ghosted me for close to a year after that. Do not use this company. Update: Added photos of Nerd Powers idea of fixing the roof. Nerd has terrible customer service, they never answer the phone, keep you on hold and when you leave a message no one returns your calls.
Working for nerd power was a horrible experience. Lots of favoritism, rude coworkers, and impossible quotas.
