If I could give Nerd Power zero stars, I would. They don’t deserve even one star. My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. From start to finish, the level of professionalism was far below what anyone should expect from a solar company. Communication was poor, promises were not followed through on, and there seemed to be very little accountability when issues arose. Are these guys still in business? I've been trying to get ahold of them for over two months to have some warranty work completed. They acknowledged the issue in early April but won't confirm next steps. The phone rings until it goes to a voice mail, nobody returns my calls.

Edit: still a horrific company. $50k currently down the drain as all panels and inverter non funtional. Biggest mistake ever answering the door that day. Wish there was a negative stars option. No management, terrible communication, 6 months and panels still not operational. Failed 3 inspections. The way this project is going, will be months before resolved. I start the payments next month which means I'll be paying for full electricity and non functional solar.. Beware. Do research before picking a company. I submitted a co... read more

Company did a great job installing the panels but I am having trouble getting someone to come out and look as the attic fan as it had failed and caused my roof to leak…. Tech came out and said yes this is the cause of this and it has been multiple months of trying to get them to come out and replace the attic fan. I also have 4 panels with poor production that and was told they need to replace the panels. I had originally had only praise for this company (6 years ago). However, now, I am deeply disappointed in them and would not ever recommend them to anyone. They have evidently had setbacks and let go of many, if not most of their installers and other personnel. I have called many times to ask questions and there is never anyone there to answer the phone.
