I am extremely disappointed with my experience with NerdPower. A couple of years ago, they promised to resolve issues with my original solar company and improve my home’s energy efficiency. Despite investing over $100,000 in upgrades, including two new HVAC units and additional solar panels, I have not seen any reduction in my energy bills over the past three years. Attempts to contact NerdPower for support have been futile. Their customer service line is now out of service, and they have not responded to any of my inquiries... read more
We entered into an agreement with Nerd Power for roof repairs in May 2025. More than five months later, the work has not been completed, and repeated attempts to get a confirmed start date or updates from the company have gone unanswered. Attempts to reach Nerd Power by phone are now unsuccessful, as their listed number appears to be out of service. We are sharing this to request that Nerd Power provide a clear schedule for repairs and communicate responsibly with their customers.
If you’re looking to get ripped off this is the company ! 6,000.00 paid to them for a roof that never got installed . They go through third party sales men and independent adjusters to try and make insurance claims for roofing. They have been taking money from residents of Yuma Arizona and disappearing. BEWARE !! THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY ! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM… YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF !!!

And he verified they had been here on September 3. Now he is giving the excuse that Zack is the ONLY TECHNICIAN they have for the entire state of Arizona!!
