NeRD installed my system 3 years ago and we have a roof leak their support team is not engaging with our inquiry request on.
DO RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING FROM ANY SOLAR COMPANY!!!!! Still nothing from Rolando or Nerd about my solar not working!! SRP is just as confused as I am about the lack of communication and why they are stalling. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with NerdPower. A couple of years ago, they promised to resolve issues with my original solar company and improve my home’s energy efficiency. Despite investing over $100,000 in upgrades, including two new HVAC units and additional solar panels, I have not seen any reduction in my energy bills over the past three years. We entered into an agreement with Nerd Power for roof repairs in May 2025. More than five months later, the work has not been completed, and repeated attempts to get a confirmed start date or updates from the company have gone unanswered. Attempts to reach Nerd Power by phone are now unsuccessful, as their listed number appears to be out of service. We are sharing this to request that Nerd Power provide a clear schedule for repairs and communicate responsibly with their customers.
