I’m not the one to degrade someone’s business, but this company should not be in business at all. I have given them over $7000 and still no new roof. It has been well over a year and all I hear is dates being pushed out now to the Middle of May. I have about 10 phone numbers for this company and no one likes to respond, I never seen such poor service. I just want my roof done ASAP I cried I’ve been stressed. I have had problems with t this company since the time Nerd power installed my solar, We were told that they would take care of the solars if something go wrong, the solars were never installed correctly, I have called, called, called several times about our roof leaking, and they have not fix the problem, don't believe this company, please do not trust them, they charged me $25,000.00 and they have not fixed the problem. Don’t do it!!’ My Solar broke down for almost 3 months because of faulty equipment they installed. They did not help reimburse anything. They say they do but avg out solar power for the year, which you do not get money back for collecting extra power.

They came into town and installed the solar panels, and the moment we needed them, they disappeared and won't respond. We have sent several requests to them to help solve our electrical issues that we have been having since the installation, to inspect the installation to ensure it is installed properly. They promise to replace your main power box when they install when it is not up to code, and the inspector said that it was needed, but they did not do it. I came by my house we signed all the paperwork for them to get a hold of my insurance company to file damagesto the my roof. They called me a couple times they had people come out and look at the roof and then I never heard another word. I believe my insurance company gave him some money. I’ve been trying to call them for a couple months now and never received a phone call back. seems like a scam. Be very careful.
