Horrible customer service! Im still waiting for my deductible back. I was told within 4-6 weeks I would receive my money back, it's been a year. I would never used this company nor would I refer my enemies to nerd.

Very unprofessional company. I’m not sure how they are still in business. I have been trying to get my money back from a cancelled job for a year now. No one calls me back or emailed me for an appointment. DO NOT HIRE THIS TEAM!

VERY UNPROFFESIANAL we've been waiting for more than a year to have our roof and attic worked on and since nobody came to do so we asked for a refund due to no work being done on either .we had called but the refund kept being put off and extended to a later date so we called today again and explained what was going on and was barely listened to and hung up on.VERY UNHAPPY with the phone call today please train the employees how to handle situations such as thses

NERD SOLAR is a very unprofessional company and I wonder how they are still in business with how they handle customer situations such as hanging up on customers when asked to speak to a higher up or how they keep changing our refund to a later date. Personally I would not recommend this SOLAR company to anyone looking

Son un porqueria de compañia tengo 3 meses batallando que no funciona un panel y Rolando solo dando updates que no encuentran un tecnico, fue un error muy grande poner los paneles .no instalen es un fraude
