I've been trying to get Nerd Power out to my house, so I can get my solar system up and working. I keep getting excuses of why No one's come out when they've been scheduled to. I'm beyond frustrated with their service and lack of respect for customers. I would not recommend this company to do any solar for anybody.
DO RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING FROM ANY SOLAR COMPANY!!!!! EDIT: it’s been weeks, I cannot get a return phone call, email or answer from Rolando. I’ve sent emails, this review, voicemails, I’ve opened a service ticket, and still NOTHING!!! My solar has been as useful as a brick since July and I cannot get more from NERD other than I need to direct connect my internet to a dead power source!! Edited:communication is still nonexistent, system has completely shut down and won’t stay powered on! I’ve called, left voice mails, sent in emails, opened service tickets on their website, left reviews, NOBODY WILL CONTACT ME!! Stay far away from a company who has zero integrity and leaves patronizing responses to negative reviews with no effort to actually address the many issues consumers are having with their company and products!! After reading all of the patronizing owner feedback to the one star reviews and how the same problems are still a concern after yearsbof the same complaints, we have decided to look into other companies hoping for better services after installation. They must not realize that potential costumers read these and to make informed decisions. I have come to the conclusion that the padded caring responses are just words with out action or corrections. His company is a nightmare! My wife has called and tried to get anyone to come inspect and correct our dead solar we purchased from them in 2019. Unable to get any response from anyone one. They will not answer her phone calls, called dozens back after voice mails have been left, respond to emails or service tickets that she has opened on their website.
