This is long overdue, I'm so sorry! But, a HUGE THANK YOU to the Nerd Improv team for an incredible team-building event to kick off the year! Our group, which is typically focused on operational work, had the opportunity to develop key skills like thinking on our feet, exploring creative solutions, and fostering a more customer-centric approach. Danny was great! He arrived on time, was efficient at getting the attention of the room, and quickly jumped into some improv sessions. He worked well with our group, explained the exercises clearly, kept the room engaged and asked for our immediate feedback following each activity. Through this improv session, we were able to get some of our quieter folks involved in a fun way, learn how each otter communicates, and help build trust with one another. This was a great experience that I will recommend to others.
Danny was a great resource in bringing a fresh means of team development. Our team of 25 enjoyed our experience together, brought about new ways to interact with each other, and further developed a sense of camaraderie.
