First of all, this place is AWESOME. I have frequented this place for several years, and not 1 time has it been less than exceptional. The owner is very welcoming and friendly. He is very particular about the rules and for good reason. People can be very disrespectful and have ruined the place by using oils and burning holes in the furniture. I went the fist time in 1999 and have been there at least once a year mostly more. I went every anniversary up until my separation this year. I am going g to still be going just need to fond that special someone to join me. I am 25 years older and this place leaves me feeling g so good when I leave and the owner AJ has always been great. We even got invited to join another couple in there room let's just say I've been hooked ever since

It says walk inns welcome....I did just that. This past Saturday. The owner was busy on the phone and I was the first Walk In , once he got off the phone his first approach at me was not a very welcoming one at all. Neptoon Lagoons wasn't and still isn't heard of by many and was a place I spoke highly of and told people to go to. Not any more after the owner was so unwelcoming.
