Couldn't be more happy with our systems! We tried the Neptune system for our first home which was on River water...ick! We noticed a difference immediately! First off, Bill came to the house with a wonderful pitch and, as we had hoped, all of his claims were true! Better skin, cleaner coats for our dogs, and less soap! PLUS we had the added bonus of the "bottle factory" which was put underneath our kitchen sink. I have never had a bottle of water that has even come close! Very poor customer service. Once you pay them and get system installed, they don't care for you. No one will answer you properly on the phone. Service man will not come to your house when you are available if something is wrong with system. You have to wait and wait and take time off from work etc for them to come sometime when service man feels like to come to your house. The owner of company will not come on the phone to listen to your complaints. Front desk staff will only answer "I don't know" for every questions. Do not... read more

Look out for this company. They pray on old people and over charge everyone. I was an installer with them and let me tell you the owner salesman will tell you anything you want to hear to make the sale. They also take the manufacturers labels off the equipment they sell and install and put there own stickers on them so it looks like its made by Neptune. This also stops people from looking online for cheaper filters and UV bulbs. Neptune sells them to you for %100 mark up and a hefty service charge. Stay away theres better mo... read more

Wonderful Company – I purchased water treatment equipment from the Neptune Company - I had terrible sulphur & Iron in my water - Their system works great - I can now take a shower and feel clean and when I wash my clothes they are clean and white - no more odors and stains. I love my Neptune.

Find a better place -5 – This business put the (very nice) water system in for the original owners. I paid $500 for new filters and light, they could never get the correct filters, after about 5 tries, they took my whole system, literally, from the wall, the ultraviolet light, everything. It's just gone. Gave me a filter for the tiny system that goes to the faucet - claims that's all I ordered and that cost over $400. reimbursed me $100. They took the whole system. I don't have the money to take to court.
