Maureen was helpful and easy to work with. She helped me complete the paperwork and explained available options, without it feeling like upsell pressure. She was very organized and walked me through everything when I went to pick up the ashes and certifcates.

My aunt recently passed away and had prepaid her cremation. My mother, as her only next of kin endedd up having to deal with all of her final arrangements. My mom lives in Las Vegas,lives paycheck to paycheck and had to incur all kind of additional charges feom Neptune society. The representatives called her almost daily asking when she would be in the get the ashes. I wasn't in the right headspace to write this review at the time I received the attached message. I was trying to make arrangements to bring my mother home on hospice, grasping at hope with phone calls from doctors, managing my family and ultimately making cremation plans for my mother- so yes my voicemail box became full. This man's voice messages were no better than his text messages and left me in tears at each encounter. Chet is an awful human being.

I have to agree with the reviews on this page that this place is awful! Avoid. Find another place to help your family through a difficult time. Maureen is dismissive and does not work with families.

This place was awful. No compassion at all and very poor communication. Any questions that I had were greeted with copy/paste answers. Please don’t use this place.
