I wasn't in the right headspace to write this review at the time I received the attached message. I was trying to make arrangements to bring my mother home on hospice, grasping at hope with phone calls from doctors, managing my family and ultimately making cremation plans for my mother- so yes my voicemail box became full. This man's voice messages were no better than his text messages and left me in tears at each encounter. Chet is an awful human being.

I have to agree with the reviews on this page that this place is awful! Avoid. Find another place to help your family through a difficult time. Maureen is dismissive and does not work with families.

This place was awful. No compassion at all and very poor communication. Any questions that I had were greeted with copy/paste answers. Please don’t use this place.

I have been talking with Kelly from Neptune Society and her attitude is somewhat "snotty," for lack of a better word. I did not get an email request from her and when she called to tell me she had sent a request for a photo ID of my loved one she became condescending. She also waited almost 5 days to call and tell me she had sent this request all the while my loved one has not been cremated yet. I hope I never have to deal with Neptune Society again.
