We had our pool pump give a keypad error and then finally the screen went out. We were already battling some algae and timing was awful. I looked online for solutions, and because of the age of our pump there was not an economical replacement, we were looking at having to buy a new pump. I have had nothing shy of superior customer service since having found Neptune Pool Service and Daryl. I maintain my own pool but Daryl is always available to walk you thru your system, explain concerns and why they matter in the long run, and is SUPER quick in repairing anything needing repair. Absolutely the greatest. Cannot more highly recommend.

Daryl is absolutely amazing!! We’ve had several pool service companies over the years and they’ve always used too many chemicals to mask a problem, and there were issues with consistency and being offered unnecessary services. Then we found Neptune Pools and all of those concerns vanished. Daryl has always shown up at the same time on the same day each week.
