Daryl is always so amazing! Hands down best pool company in the east valley! I am a disabled veteran and single mom, I get nervous about people coming to the house for repairs of any kind, but Daryl made every single visit so easy and comfortable, and my pool always looks so good. We called Neptune Pools for a new pool build and Daryl was so kind to put us in touch with a builder on the west side of town. I called and asked what they charge to diagnose a pool issue. Daryl asked what was going on with it, and after describing it to him he was able to troubleshoot over the phone what to try and even sent me a video. I was able to fix the issue and really appreciated him not only answering the phone, as I had called 6 other places and got voicemail, but also taking the time to help fix it over the phone. Highly recommend!
Daryl helped us get our pool from Green to Crystal clear after a vacation mishap. He arrived the next day, on time, and was able to explain the process and products needed clearly and concisely to get our pool back into shape.
