I called and asked what they charge to diagnose a pool issue. Daryl asked what was going on with it, and after describing it to him he was able to troubleshoot over the phone what to try and even sent me a video. I was able to fix the issue and really appreciated him not only answering the phone, as I had called 6 other places and got voicemail, but also taking the time to help fix it over the phone. Highly recommend!
Daryl helped us get our pool from Green to Crystal clear after a vacation mishap. He arrived the next day, on time, and was able to explain the process and products needed clearly and concisely to get our pool back into shape.
Daryl was recommended to us by a friend who we trust and he did not disappoint. He is incredibly knowledgeable and prompt. I maintain my pool myself and I’m not very good at it. I had him come out a few months ago to fix a broken valve and then again a few days ago because we had algae. He got to us right away and solved the algae problem immediately. He always takes the time to teach me how to better take care of the pool. He is always very professional and responsive to text messages. I highly recommend Daryl.
We had our pool pump give a keypad error and then finally the screen went out. We were already battling some algae and timing was awful. I looked online for solutions, and because of the age of our pump there was not an economical replacement, we were looking at having to buy a new pump. Daryl provided us with an estimate on our repair and after us asking him tons and tons of questions, we settled on a pump and he came out to do the install.
