From the moment we decided to use Neptune Pools for our in-ground pool, we experienced nothing but professionalism and dedication from Mark and his staff. I started out with Backyard Pools and had nothing but bad experiences with them. I ended up going to Neptune Pools because my pool heater had gone out just days before a big first birthday party I was having for my nephew. When I called Backyard Pools in a panic they said they wouldn't send anyone out to look at it without a credit card number which I didn't have on me at the time. These guys are awesome!!! They built my pool and have guided me through all the maintenance. They installed a new liner and it fits like a glove. I would not trust anyone else. Viola helps me keep my water perfectly balanced and crystal clear. Even though they charge more for chemicals than you can get on the internet, you will actually spend less money because they will keep the water balanced better so you buy less chemicals.
