Very disappointed with customer service. I had to call a couple of times to just get an appointment and now have reached out repeatedly for the estimate I was promised and I am still waiting to hear back, and its now been a few weeks. :(
We had our pool installed by Neptune Pools last year. While not everything went exactly as planned, what truly stood out was how Neptune handled every bump along the way. Their customer service was second to none. Most recently, we had an issue with a pool light that needed replacing. Neptune jumped into action—it was all hands on deck to make things right. They are great when they pitch to get hired but absolutely rude and lack understanding when something needs to be repaired. It will be beautiful initially but it will not last. Once the build is complete, good luck they are always busy and find excuses not to come correct their negligence. Dont let the warranty (1yr) expire they won’t even send someone to examine or help with repairs regardless of whether they completed the instillation improperly.
