We had Logan C. visit our place to change out an old leaking water valve in the garage, requiring torchwork. Logan was efficient, capable, courteous, and efficient. He left the new equipment in better shape than the old one through skilful installation. We'd have no hesitation in recommending Logan & Neptune for their services.
The service tech, Riley, was quick, efficient and personable in getting the job done. We're very pleased with his work.
Logan is a true professional. His excellent skills replacing a kitchen faucet and servicing a hot water tank left us both happy and confident in his workmanship.
