It was on a Saturday evening I discovered that my humidifier was leaking water all over the basement floor. I was unable to shut the water off so I contacted Nepture Plumbing & Heating who offered 24 hour emergency service. I received a call from Logan who asked me a few questions and said that he would arrive in 45 minutes. Logan arrived as he advised and was able to fix my problem. I was more that pleased with the service I received. I would not hesitate contacting Nepture Plumbing & Heating again. Thanks Logan.

Thank you to Toseland Wright and Neptune Plumbing for excellent work and for going the extra mile. When a simple hot water heater replacement became a saga due to ancient pipes, a broken valve on the incoming line, and an inaccessible turn-off in the back alley, Toseland and the company handled the situation with humour, skill and creative thinking.
My 19 year old water tank quit unexpectedly on me early on a Thursday morning. I had never used Neptune Plumbing & Heating before but I gave them a call after looking at their website and they booked me in for 1 pm the same day. One of our showers started to leak. Just one drip every few seconds but it needed repair. Called Neptune (they advertised in our community newsletter). Since it was not urgent, we put off the repair until after the holiday break. Toseland showed up this afternoon and had to replace the 26 year old cartridge. He actually had one in his truck. He was very friendly, very competent and thorough. I highly recommend Neptune for your plumbing needs.
