Neptune Mountaineering is, by far, the best outdoor shop I have been to. They have climbing, ice climbing, canyoneering, backpacking, skiing, and packrafting gear of excellent quality. The staff is helpful, and all crazy outdoors folk. Gary would be proud!
One of my favorites! Renovation looks amazing and I appreciate being able to shop with my adventure loving pup! Great staff, great product selection, and love the events! Great job, guys!
This place is the best. I’ve been getting gear from here since the late 90s. It has changed greatly but all for the good as time moves on and things change. And now they have a bar! Support THE local climbing shop. Probably the best in the country.

Decided to stop in while I was on a day trip to Boulder from Fort Collins. Excellent and helpful staff with a large inventory of climbing gear and accessories.

I live nearby and had to work really hard for a while to find things that I needed. The shop was on a downward spiral and the new, local owners have saved it - and revitalized it - in a huge way. The remodel is extremely comprehensive and the shop is packed to the rafters with inventory. For those who haven't been in in a while, it's a complete 180. Stop in and check it out!
