Michael’s technician came for one hour, and after the fact Michael told us that he’d be charging for four hours. He should’ve disclosed this before sending the technician, but he wanted us to be taken by surprise. I will remove this review if he can offer a fair solution.
Michael sent a technician for one hour. Afterwards, he charged us for four hours without disclosing that beforehand. If he rectifies this to be fair, then I will happily turn this into a five star review.
Very good company and very professional 💯
Neptune Mechanical is doing work in the apartment adjacent to ours. They were drilling and punctured through our living room wall. We caught our son eating broken wall chips off the floor. I went next door to confront the workers and they basically laughed like it was a joke. Very unprofessional, disgusting attitudes, sloppy work, left the hallway filthy and never even came to fix the hole they drilled through our wall.
