Very impressed with the customer service! I called seeking water pump parts for my Tohatsu 70 Hp outboard. I received a prompt return call to advise the parts were available, even including the impeller cup, which other suppliers stated they would have to order from Japan, with at least 1 month lead time. The experience in store was great too, with a run-down of the process of reassemby offered.
