Ok listen to a real review and I want you to REALLY take this as the gospel truth. This company is amazing, my install went great the timelines were delivered as promised and my power consumption is already down by 50%. German and his team were great. IF YOU CURRENTLY ARE OR HAVE EVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH A CONTRACTOR go with this company and they will fix it. I dealt with such a shady crappy window contractor before this and Neptune was the complete opposite. If and when I buy a new home I’ll be going with them again. ... read more

Potentially the worst window company in South Florida whoever caulked my windows in is either blind or just dumb it's a good thing I'm a renter. I installs windows for a living if I hired these guys and pay them out of my own pocket I would be in prison.... I wish I could upload images
