My experience at Neptune Dentist was excellent. The front desk was polite and friendly. They helped me fill out all the necessary paperwork. There was no line. I was seen on time. Dr. Sofia was wonderful. She is professional, competent, and very patient. She answered my questions, showed me the problem with images, and explained everything. It was a pleasant experience.
Great dental office, no stress at all. I was seen right on time, the staff was super friendly, and everything was explained in a simple, straightforward way. Yulia at the front desk was especially helpful and made the whole check-in process easy. The dentist was very gentle and made the whole process pain-free — which is a big deal for me. The place is clean and the equipment feels modern. Overall, really happy with my experience and would definitely recommend.
Great clinic! Reasonable pricing, everything explained and no unnecessary procedures. Have been with them for years!
