Absolutely the best service in SEK. We drive from KC to Neptune Auto for all our auto repairs and maintenance. They are friendly, honest and priced well.
Please do not even try them, I wanted to buy an used car and took it there for inspection. I do not know what they did on the car but after the lady at the reception told me she will forward me all the problem via my email because it was going to take long for her to combine everything. But she promised to do that the same afternoon but I waited for two days and I phoned her she appologized and said she will send it and she never did and I waited for another two days and phone her again just for her to tell me the same story... read more
They diagnosed my car, I needed a water pump replaced and they quoted me $630 parts and labor, that's a ridiculous price. I took my car and had the water pump replaced at a shop nearby for $380 and that included the thermostat which they didn't even quote me. Plus they said that my head gasket is bad and needs to be re-built, there is no problem with my head gasket. Do not trust this shop to do anything, I don't think they have a good, knowledgeable mechanic and they are just trying to rip people off with their prices.
I took my car inn for a dignostic check becuase i had a knocking noise and i even told them. They said they were going to do a compression test ect.. when i went back they said it was going to cost more becuse they needed to remove the vaule cover i said ok they did not check. So i was in need for my car and i went to pick up they still charge me and i ask for the oil compression test they didnt even check my car at all only heard itt they charge me 70.00 for nothing they didnt even tell me wat was worn with it the lied alot... read more
