This review is long overdue, but I came through town in a silver 2005 Saturn Vue Several years back. I’ve had some less than desirable experiences with OTHER mechanic shops recently, and thought back to how impressed I was with Neptune auto They got me in and out in a very reasonable amount of time and made repairs to my vehicle that last to this day. I can't even say enough good stuff about the folks at Neptune Auto Repair. While exploring the Yellowstone area the clutch in our vehicle began acting up. We decided to cut the trip short and see if we could make it back to South Carolina, but the issue became increasingly worse the further we drove. Exceptional service and hospitality. We broke down on HWY 400 and got towed to the best shop in town. We showed up with no appointment and they had us back on the road, same day. Couldn’t have asked for better service than we were provided.
While they did a good job the first time, I called and talked with the lady about having a trailer connection installed on my van. She never got back to me. I called and left a message a couple of days later because I really liked the idea of doing business with them. Never heard back. Guess I’m looking for a new place to service my vehicle.
We've had several repairs done to three vehicles in the last month or so. The Buick had a tricky electrical malfunction that was found to be a broken wire in the door panel. Once that was repaired, it fixed some other issues with my son's car that he hadn't mentioned. The dashboard displays correctly and the automatic movement of the drivers seat is functional. They have been advising me as to the repairs that need made to our Impala. I really appreciate that. Thank you Neptune for all of the help! Joel
