fare prices compared to other places – Neptune auto parts got the lowest prices for best quality parts when ever I need something for my ford mustang Im calling Neptune the owner name is Simon cool guy if u ask me his VERY SMART AND HELP FULL WHEN IT COMES TO CARS!!! i think he got the engine build into his brine lol thanks to Neptune my car is running safe and sound =)

great service – i've been looking for one parts for my old car,chevy malibu 72.....i spent a lot of time on internet,loking in different stores and nobody can help me.......than somebody told me about "neptune auto parts" i came there and miracle:) sam,the owner, helped me and my car is running like new.....thanks to Sam....and if u need something u can always stop for free consultation.....

Never Return item there will not change.beware – The owner sam is the worse person to deal with. I went to return an item and he gave me a hard time. i left the store with an item that i purchase than learn i didnt need. Maybe if i was russia he will had change it with no qus ask. be ware bad custom service. if you going to purchase make sure you going to use it . he will not accept return. I called and spoke to him on the phone and i told him i didnt have a reciept he told me no problem than when i got there is was a whole ... read more
