Amazing service experienced technicians!
I rarely write reviews, but I felt it was important to share this experience. We were referred to this company for an issue with the AC on our boat. There was no discussion of cost, so we assumed they would diagnose the problem, explain what was wrong, and recommend next steps. Instead, the AC was removed from our boat without our understanding or prior approval. We were then given an estimate to replace the unit, which we were not prepared to do at that time. As a Southern California monohull sailor who transitioned to south Florida and a 42 ft salon style powerboat a few years ago, I was unprepared for the demands that the heat and humidity here places on a vessel's A/C system. fortunately, Neptune Air has come to my rescue and has scrupulously maintained my vessel and my sanity since I secured their services three years ago.
