Our in-wall AC units started to show signs of mold inside the grates. I called Neptune and they were able to give us a fair (and accurate) quote over the phone, and schedule service that week. They came in and carefully removed our units for off-site servicing, in addition, the technicians put a temporary covering over the wall holes. We had a great experience having our AC units uninstalled, stored, and reinstalled by Neptune. The techs were efficient, tidy, and kind, and it was such a relief not to have to store these in our home -- we look forward to using their services again and again!
Responsive, professional, and quick! My Windmill AC unit was smelling mildewy and needed a deep clean. It came back refreshed, and the removal/installation was included as well. Will definitely keep Neptune in mind for future cleaning and storage needs.
