I would never use this company again. They installed a new PTAC unit last summer, and we've had nothing but trouble with the unit since. They forgot to hook the heat up and a piece fell out over the winter, and our compressor died at the end of June. They picked up the unit at the beginning of July and we still don't have it back or any sense of timeline or progress. Over the last three years, I have had Neptune AC install about 8 air conditioners in my home and workshop. They are 110% professional in everything they do. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
Neptune has been providing annual servicing to my HVAC for years and always provide great service and answer so quickly!
Needed plexiglass installed in my apt window that houses the air conditioner so that it replaced the hidious view blocking AC accordioan side extension. They understood my needs and were prompt in responding to all communication. The plexiglass peice was installed yesterday and is just what I wanted to help expand my view. My only issue, is that some of the sealant is a little smeared on the glass, I would have liked it more of a beaded line. Dont hestiate to hire!!
Smooth and fast. Booked last min and they delivered. Organized insurance, were professional, quick, knowledgeable, and friendly (and helpful in answering my questions). Great work, highly recommend.
