We ordered a new air conditioner from Neptune. The process was seamless through emails including sending the COI that our building required. The men that did the installation were polite, professional and efficient. They were on time and cleaned up everything before they left. Price was the same as online and it was well worth it paying for installation. Thank you Neptune!

I had Neptune provide and install two through the wall air conditioners to replace old units. Neptune was prompt in replying to my request and the price was very fair. They were on time when they came to installing the new units and the installation was done well and very neatly. Highly recommend Neptune.
My first time trying an A/C storage service. Easy, efficient, and they reinstalled my A/C sparkly clean! Really worth it to be able to close my window during winter. I will def use them next year.
