Neptune was terrific -- they reinstalled our A/C units perfectly after another company botched the job!
It was literally in the blink of an eye. It took them maybe 4 minutes and they were done. Very friendly.

I've used these guys yearly for the past 3-4 years to clean my PTAC unit filters every spring. I also just recently used them to replace a sleeve in one of my units.
