Neptune was great! They were responsive by email, timely with scheduled pick up and drop off, efficient when picking up the ACs and with reinstallation. Very professional throughout. My ACs have been thoroughly cleaned and all around, it was great!
From day one recently bought 2 AC units have functioned as fans. I am beyond my wits end requesting them to repair. What happened to simple notion of spending money to buy new and then not worry about it for few years!
We are so pleased with the professional, efficient service of Neptune Air Conditioning. William was amazing removing and installing 2 ACs- one in windowsill and the 10000 BTU unit on top of window. His team were neat and organized. The 2 ACs are great. We highly recommend Neptune!
It was easy to schedule the appointment; they came when they were scheduled; they were polite and the installation was quick and successful.
