Excellent Care.
There’s nothing negative I can say about Mt Sinai with the exception of one appointment taken soooo long to call, not having adequate waiting area ( having two test areas in one space( X-ray and two part stress test) in the 16 or so years that is the only TIME I was really upset and again it wasn’t the staff ,which were very apologetic which made it a little bearable. Never encountered a rude staff member from the kitchen workers to the head doctor! I can only repeat what I said before.
Dr. Giniyani is SO AWESOME. I came in very scared about abnormal results my OB & PCP had given me and Dr. G was transparent, candid but also demystified my fear and thoroughly explained so much to me in a way I could understand. He made sure to answer my questions, didn’t rush the visit, and called me first thing the next morning with my results. I felt like a person, not a random number, and I’m grateful to go forward now in his continued care.
The back experience at the doctor I’ve ever had. I love this group of doctors at Mount Sinai Hospital.
