Did a good job on our furnace When our furnace stopped working we called H.J. Faust and they got a repairman to us in about 3 hours. We live well outside town in rural southeast Wisconsin so that was faster than expected! He was able to diagnose a faulty relay and replaced it in about 15 minutes. If I ever need more furnace work I will probably call them for an estimate again.
DO NOT USE H J FAUST A valve on my boiler sprung a leak. I called H J Faust and they sent someone over that afternoon. The repairman looked at the problem and said he would need to order the parts and that he would have the office lady call me the next day to give me a quote and let me know the parts were ordered. He stated due to the holidays it would be a couple days to get the part. I never received a call, infact we had made 5 calls to the office to confirm and all calls were unreturned.
