Today I witnessed the staff for this clinic rude to an older couple. The man had had an emergency surgery to remove his kidney due to cancer found. His urologist had referred him to Dr.Melvi a nephrologist specializing in Kidney function and care. The couple was from out of town and had GPS and directions but got lost. In their later 60s early 70s, anxious and frustrated but arrived appropriately 15 minutes or so later than appointed time and told they were late and therefore could not see the doctor.
