When u make an appt and the time says 1040 u would expect to be there at that time within reason. Unless ur a NEW patient. But when they cancel ur appt bc u weren't there 20 minutes before the scheduled time that's pretty absurd. And tell u about blood work that's was suppose to have been done that they texted to u. But u had told them in the beginning NO TEXT. I'm 77 yrs old had to walk thru a large parking lot was maybe a couple of minutes late and I got met with this..
