Terrible experience with my grandmother the past two years with Dr. Bains, extremely rude and unprofessional, sarcastic, snarky and disrespectful. The staff is very nice but not him whatsoever
Dr. Broome and staff are fabulous. I have been a patient for over 12 years, through failing kidneys, 6 years home hemodialysis, and a kidney transplant 5 years ago. They are all very caring.
They were so courteous and I enjoyed my visit and I will enjoy being a patient there. The staff was wonderful.
My son was a patient there and he's dead now he was diagnosed with kidney disease a few years ago. We were told if he got sick again he would need a transplant. This year in June he received another diagnosis of a different disease. A worse one. I tried to get information at the hospital and was asking questions but was met with hostility and rolling eyes by Dr. Baine & Dr. Broome and told it doesn't work like that instead of telling us how it DID work then like they should have.
